Welcome to our new arrivals: (November 2004)
Ace is an 19 year old sorrel gelding and Skip is a 21 year old palomino gelding. A week before they arrived they were packing elk out of the Montana mountains so their coats are a little fuzzy for this time of year in Georgia. They were earning their feed by carrying dude ranch guests through the Montana mountains. My wife and daughter met them on one of their mother-daughter horse vacations at the Covered Wagon Ranch near Big Sky, Montana, They decided that these two horses needed to find work in a warmer climate. Ace is very smooth and Skip is very athletic so they will be a great addition to Sunrise Stables as lesson horses.
